Vibration monitoring of fan equipment in Tianjin Metro Line 10 Liyuantou maintenance warehouse

Vibration monitoring was carried out on 15 exhaust/smoke exhaust two-speed fans and 28 new fans in 14 parking tracks. The on-site fans are installed at high places, which is difficult to maintain and runs for a long time every day, and the vibration sensor can predict the failure of the fan months in advance, measure the vibration amplitude according to the ISO 10816 standard, evaluate the health status of the equipment, and make early maintenance and timely alarm.
