Description

1. Comprehensive Protocol Support for Data Acquisition
The gateway supports an extensive range of industrial communication protocols, including standard Modbus (RTU/TCP/ASCII), power industry standards (DLT645, IEC 61850/101/103/104, CDT, DNP), PLC-dedicated protocols (Mitsubishi FX series, Siemens S7 series), smart instrument protocols, and CAN bus communications. This ensures seamless integration with on-site devices such as energy meters, protection relays, sensors, and PLCs.
2. Flexible Uplink Data Forwarding
Equipped with multiple forwarding protocols, the gateway transmits collected data to control centers, cloud platforms, or SCADA systems in standard formats (Modbus, IEC 104, XML) or specialized platform protocols (HJ212 environmental protocol, WebService interfaces, and customized IoT platform protocols). This versatility meets the diverse requirements of power dispatching, environmental monitoring, and energy management systems.
3. Intelligent Logic Processing & Protocol Conversion
Advanced functions include transparent data transmission, electric energy calculation, and five-prevention logic control. The gateway intelligently converts between different protocols (e.g., IEC 104/CDT to five-prevention protocols), reducing processing overhead on host systems while enhancing real-time performance and system reliability.
4. Industrial-Grade Hardware Configuration
Available in flexible interface configurations (FGW-L2R6: 2 Ethernet ports + 6 Serial ports; FGW-L4R4: 4 Ethernet ports + 4 Serial ports), the gateway adapts to various on-site deployment scales.
